Within the system, each client’s data is partitioned and protected, meaning your company’s records can only be accessed by your authorized users. We also implement regular data backups to guard against loss and have robust disaster recovery plans. In terms of user access, you can assign roles and permissions so that, for example, an HR admin might edit records while a foreman might only view records via QR scan. This ensures people only see or change what they’re supposed to. We recommend (and enforce) strong passwords for all users, and two-factor authentication is available for an extra layer of login security. Additionally, the system logs access and changes, so there’s an audit trail of who viewed or updated records. Importantly, we do not share your data with any third parties – it’s solely used for your credential tracking purposes. If you ever choose to leave the service, you can export your data for your own records.
